Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure all items, including lenses, tripods, and accessories, are placed in their original factory packaging with all manuals and protective inserts included.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your provided shipping label to the outer box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
